After scanning a MMH QR code an authorized passcode must be entered to access any private information. Our precautionary measures will protect your personal information from being hacked or accessed by any unauthorized users.

You are in complete control of your profile and the information contained within. We have made sure there is a place to store all your important information, but it is up to you whether you want to include certain details or not. Your MMH Profile can store all your important medical history such as surgeries, medications, conditions, etc. As well as your personal information such as photo ID, date of birth, emergency contact information, primary care physician, etc. We also provide the subscribers a way to store all legal documents that may be needed in an emergency such as living wills, power of attorney, health care surrogate, medical reports, medical images, etc., in the secure MMH QR Code. There are also fields for essential Pet and caregiver information.

Your pets can also have medical profiles to help address any of their medical needs in your absence. In the event of an emergency first responders will be able to notify your emergency contact or caregiver about the accident to make sure your responsibilities are taken care of. Caregivers are also able to have access to your MyMedHistory account to ensure the best medical care for you or your loved one’s needs.
